应电气工程学院高电压技术教研室董明副教授邀请，奥地利格拉茨技术大学（Graz University of Technology）Uwe Schichler教授于2017年10月29日至2017年11月4号期间来我校访问与交流，并做专题学术报告，欢迎广大师生届时参加。

报告主题：PD diagnosis and lifetime assessment of GIS & some related researches about HVDC transmission system

报告人简介：Uwe Schichler received his diploma and Ph.D. in High Voltage Engineering from the Schering-Institute at the University of Hannover, Germany. He joined Siemens Switchgear Factory Berlin in 1996 and was responsible for GIS and GIL: Product Quality, Technology, and Condition Monitoring. Since 2014 he is full professor at the Graz University of Technology in Austria and head of the Institute of High Voltage Engineering and System Performance. He is the convener of CIGRE AG D1.03 “Insulating Gases” and member of other working groups at SC D1 related to insulating materials, test techniques, and partial discharges at gas-insulated systems. From 2004 to 2012 he was the German representative on CIGRE Study Committee D1 “Materials and Emerging Test Techniques”. Since 2014 he is member of the Austrian National Committee of CIGRE and Austrian delegate for Study Committee B3 “Substations”. He is author and co-author of about 72 scientific papers, member of CIGRE, OVE, VDE, and IEEE.
